In my first meeting with Denise of dk Design I felt confidant that she understood what I wanted to achieve in my renovation and overall design aesthetic. She worked with me to develop a realistic budget for the project. Denise really listened to what I wanted and made my vision come together better than I had envisioned. It was truly an enjoyable experience. I love how she made my home more functional, inviting and a great entertaining space that is truly a reflection of my personality and personal style. I really appreciate that she used family heirlooms and sentimental pieces into the design. The greatest compliment is when people walk in my house and say it looks like it belongs in a magazine!

Denise and I started working together as interior designer and client about 27 years ago. My husband and I had started a very busy and time consuming manufacturing business that left me very little time to attempt decorating our home. I knew what I liked, but I had no idea of how to bring my ideas to fruition. Denise was able to learn what I liked and disliked very quickly. We began with the living room and a sofa I had purchased.
